The New Generation

In spite of everything else going on in AIESEC US, here in Atlanta the academic year has begun with the usual bang. Fall recruitment is officially over, culminating in the orientation of over 20 new members this past Sunday.






Just look at those bright-eyed, bushy-tailed new AIESECers.

Spring Recruitment '08

Spring recruitment is in full swing!

This past week, AIESEC at Georgia Tech has been running several recruitment initiatives, including two campus events aimed at arousing international interest within the student body of Georgia Tech.

The second of these events, the International Food Night, was held earlier tonight. Members of the local committee prepared cuisine from around the world for participants to taste. These dishes ranged from Peruvian chicken, to Ethiopian stew, and Japanese edamame.

The first event was held on Monday afternoon, and consisted of international trivia. Participants answered questions about world figures, nations, culture, and even food. Winners received prizes, and everyone learned something about the world.

AIESEC at Georgia Tech will be holding information sessions next week on Wednesday and Thursday from 7PM to 8PM in room 117 of the Flag Building.
